Basketball Shooting Coach, Lenny Holmes announces the start of PreSeason Shooting School at the Maine Sports Arena in Saco. Shooting School instruction includes Video Analysis, Noah Shooting Instruction and as always a thorough break down of shooting, with an emphasis on form, form, and more form.
SOUTHERN MAINE
Location: Maine Sports Arena, 15 Lund Road, Saco, MESesssion - 12 Sessions - Wednesdays and Fridays
Dates: September 26th - November 9th
Times: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Cost: $30 Per Session (All participants must attend Sept. 26th Session**)6 Session Package - $150
12 Session Package - $250
Coach Holmes is one of Maine's leading shooting instructor and is one of the few Instructors in New England using slow motion video analysis to give shooters a clear picture of what they need to do improve their shooting percentages. THERE IS NO WAY TO DO SHOOTING INSTRUCTION CORRECTLY WITHOUT THE USE OF VIDEO

Hosting a Clinic
It's Easy, Affordable and Great Place to Start!
If you want the easiest way to get introduced to Shooting School and all it has to offer, consider hosting a Clinic at your location. Clinics can be tailored to your individual situation and needs. Pricing varies based on the number of participants and the time structure. In most cases individual fees are anywhere from $15-$25. Contact Lenny directly at 207-749-9492 to set up a clinic in your area. Team clinics can be hosted at Shooting School Locations in Waterville and Saco as well.
