Shooting School: Lesson I Correct Instruction + Focus + Determination= Great Shooters!

Individual Lessons - Currently Coach Holmes is not doing individual lessons, only small group sessions.

Clearly the most effective way to have the greatest impact on individual improvement is through individualized lessons. Individual lessons begin with a complete analysis $75 where strengths and weaknesses in Shooting are defined. After consulting with the player and parent a 3 month plan is developed based on the needs and the goals of the players.

Individual instruction varies from beginning level through advanced play. As players progress games shooting situations are incorporated such as using screens to shoot, creating space off the dribble and being shot ready on catches. The use of the Shot Gun allows players to get a maximum number of reps.
